INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, website inquiries, and other lead-generation activities. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, provide product information, address queries, build relationships, and convert qualified leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers generated through social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, websites, and other lead sources.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers effectively.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work towards closing sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
