We are hiring a Telecalling Executive to call household customers and collect pre-orders for Ready-to-Cook products like cut vegetables, chicken, and meat.
Key Responsibilities:
Call customers and share daily RTC product availability
Collect and confirm pre-orders (veg, chicken, meat packs)
Promote combo packs & subscription plans
Follow up for repeat orders
Maintain customer & order records
Coordinate with delivery team
Requirements:
1–3 years Telecalling / Sales experience
Strong communication in Malayalam (must)
Good convincing & customer handling skills
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp / Excel
