We are seeking a powerhouse Lead Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. With over a decade of hands-on experience, you will be a cornerstone of our development process, bridging the gap between sophisticated backend logic and intuitive frontend experiences. You arenb1t just a coder; you are a problem-solver who can architect scalable systems and mentor the next generation of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
· End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable,
· and high-quality software applications from the database to the UI.
· Backend Excellence: Architect and implement server-side logic using Java (10+ Years), Python (depending on your core expertise), ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.
· Frontend Mastery: Create seamless, responsive user interfaces using
· HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring a consistent experience across all platforms.
· System Architecture: Make high-level design choices and dictate technical
· standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms.
· Leadership & Mentorship: Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance to

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,900,000.00 per year
