Roles & Responsibilities:
Architect and deliver scalable Exchange Online messaging solutions
Lead migrations from Tenant to tenant during acquisitions
Design secure mail flow, Retention policies and mailbox management
Implement and manage M365 security & compliance policies (retention, audit, eDiscovery)
Collaborate with security, network, and infrastructure teams on cross‑functional projects
Automate repetitive task
Create internal processes for BAU activities
Maintain Infernal documentation for Exchange online Environment
Support L3/L2 resources with technical troubleshooting
Collaborate with Microsoft for implementing new features as posted in Message centre
Work on the roadmap as published by Microsoft and check the scope and compatibility of new features in tenant.
Work with Microsoft engineering and PG team to resolve critical issue,
Co-ordinate with Vendors (Microsoft) to resolve critical issues
Skills Required:
8–10 years of experience in IT service delivery, preferably in core application support management.
Strong background in triaging, ticket lifecycle management, and Night shift support models.
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in consulting, root cause analysis, and requirement documentation is a plus.
