We are looking for a visionary Head of Marketing with 10+ years of experience to lead our brand strategy and demand generation engine. You will inherit our growth pipeline and have absolute autonomy to design, execute, and optimize our marketing strategy across digital, performance, brand, and offline channels.
What You Will Do:
- Growth Architecture: Design and execute our comprehensive marketing blueprint across Performance, Brand, PR, and Content Marketing.
- Capital Efficiency: Manage and optimize marketing budgets, focusing heavily on driving down CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) while scaling customer acquisition.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of digital marketers, creative designers, and external agencies.
- Data-First Leadership: Establish robust multi-touch attribution models and use tools like Google Analytics or CRMs to turn chaotic data into actionable marketing wins.
- Brand Positioning: Elevate our brand voice to make us the top-of-mind choice in our market.
What We Look For:
- 10+ years of total marketing experience, with a proven history of scaling mid-to-large size brands.
- Deep, practical expertise across digital channels (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic) as well as offline campaigns.
- Highly analytical mindset with severe attention to conversion funnels and user journeys.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and creative storytelling skills.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
