- Minimum 10 years of experience
1. Production Planning & Control
- Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per customer requirements.
- Optimize manpower, machines, and materials for maximum productivity.
2. Foundry Operations Management
- Oversee all foundry processes including:
- Melting
- Pouring
- Casting (die casting / sand casting / gravity casting)
- Fettling and finishing
- Ensure proper furnace operation and temperature control.
3. Team Leadership
- Manage supervisors, engineers, and shop-floor workers.
- Allocate duties and monitor performance.
- Train employees on best practices and safety procedures.
4. Quality Control
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspections and improvements.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and defects.
5. Maintenance Coordination
- Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize machine downtime.
- Ensure preventive maintenance of furnaces, casting machines, and equipment.
6. Cost Control & Efficiency
- Monitor production costs and reduce wastage (metal loss, energy consumption).
- Improve process efficiency and productivity.
7. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and PPE usage.
- Maintain compliance with factory laws and environmental regulations.
8. Inventory & Material Management
- Monitor raw materials like aluminum ingots, scrap, and alloys.
- Coordinate with stores for proper stock levels.
9. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily production reports, MIS reports, and performance analysis.
- Maintain production records and process documentation.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
