Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Handle onboarding, employee relations, and grievance resolution.
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–8 years of HR experience in corporate environments.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS and Microsoft Office.
CTC: As per company standards + Performance Incentives.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
