We are looking for a creative and energetic Videographer & Social Media Content Creator who can bring ideas to life through high-quality visual content for our clients.
Role Overview
As a Videographer at GrayMaples, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and producing Instagram Reels, short-form videos, product videos, brand content, and other visual assets for our clients.
You will work closely with our creative, social media, and marketing teams to turn concepts and scripts into engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and shoot Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Shoot content for restaurants, brands, products, businesses, and other clients
- Understand creative briefs, scripts, and content requirements
- Handle camera/smartphone shooting, framing, composition, and camera movements
- Set up basic lighting and audio equipment
- Capture high-quality B-roll and cinematic footage
- Create engaging social-media-first visual content
- Coordinate with the content and creative team during shoots
- Manage and organise raw footage properly
- Perform basic video editing when required
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, Reels formats, transitions, and content styles
- Travel to client locations across Hyderabad for shoots
- Maintain GrayMaples' quality standards across all client projects
- Take feedback and make necessary changes to content
Required Skills
- Good understanding of videography and visual storytelling
- Strong knowledge of framing, composition, lighting, and camera movement
- Understanding of social media content, especially Instagram Reels
- Ability to work with cameras and/or high-quality smartphones
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Willingness to travel for client shoots within Hyderabad
Preferred Skills
Experience with any of the following will be an advantage:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- After Effects
- CapCut
- Basic colour grading
- Photography
- Motion graphics
- Audio recording/editing
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who is creative, responsible, punctual, and passionate about visual content.
You don't necessarily need expensive equipment or a large portfolio. What matters most is your creative thinking, shooting skills, understanding of social media, and ability to create content that performs.
Important
This is a full-time, in-house position with GrayMaples. We are NOT hiring freelancers, part-time videographers, or project-based professionals.
The selected candidate will join GrayMaples payroll and work as part of our internal creative team.
