Position: Civil Interior Finishing Engineer / Supervisor
Experience: 5–10 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Location: Delhi NCR
Job Responsibilities
- Handle complete interior finishing work at project sites.
- Supervise civil and interior finishing activities including:
- Painting
- Flooring
- False ceiling
- Partition work
- Carpentry
- Tile and stone work
- Glass and hardware work
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work completion as per timeline.
- Maintain quality standards and safety compliance at site.
- Check material requirements and coordinate procurement as per project needs.
- Prepare daily work progress reports and update management regularly.
- Attend client and site coordination meetings when required.
- Ensure finishing work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years and maximum 10 years experience in civil interior finishing works.
- Experience in commercial, retail, office, or showroom interior projects preferred.
- Good knowledge of site execution and finishing materials.
- Ability to manage manpower and subcontractors.
- Basic knowledge of BOQ and site measurements.
- Must be able to work independently and handle multiple site activities.
Preferred Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
