About the Role
Meadbery is a 7-year-old D2C health supplement brand that grows through paid video advertising. We are looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can create scroll-stopping video ads that actually perform — not just look good.
Your work will run live on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and reach lakhs of customers every month. The difference between a winning ad and a wasted ad budget often comes down to the first 3 seconds, the edit, and the message — and that is what you will own.
This is a performance-driven creative role. We measure success by how your videos perform: hook rate, watch time, and cost per acquisition — not just by how polished they look.
What You'll Do
- Create high-converting video ads for Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed) in 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 formats
- Edit hook-first, fast-paced, mobile-first creatives built to stop the scroll and drive sales
- Produce UGC-style edits, product explainers, testimonial videos, and offer/festive creatives
- Design motion typography in Hindi / Hinglish (Devanagari) that's clean and readable on mobile
- Turn raw footage, product shots, and scripts into finished ads ready to publish
- Create variations and iterations of winning ads to test new hooks and angles
- Produce video and creative assets for Amazon listings, A+ content, and organic social
- Work closely with the founder and marketing team, and improve creatives based on ad performance data
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in motion graphics / video editing, ideally for ads or social media
- Strong command of After Effects and Premiere Pro (Photoshop / Illustrator a plus)
- A portfolio or reel showing real video work — required to be considered
- Understanding of what makes a video ad convert: strong hooks, pacing, captions, and clear CTAs
- Ability to work fast and produce a high volume of quality creatives
- Comfortable designing in Hindi / Hinglish, not only English
- Preferred: experience making ads for D2C, e-commerce, or performance marketing

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
