Job Title: Telecaller Executive
Job Description
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with prospective students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about courses and admissions.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain and update customer records in the database.
- Schedule counseling sessions and appointments.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and admission targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (Punjabi is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but freshers are also welcome.
