Executive Assistant to Founder

Location: Hybrid (in-person presence required for personal/life-admin duties + key work moments)
Level: Entry-to-early career EA, hired primarily on trait/competency fit rather than tenure
We're hiring an Executive Assistant to operate as a true extension of our CEO — managing both the professional and personal sides of their life so the CEO can stay focused on scaling the company. This is not a "calendar and inbox" role. You will be trusted with sensitive personal and business information from day one, and success depends far more on judgment, discretion, and initiative than on years of prior experience.
Because this hire is junior on paper (roughly 1 year of relevant experience), we are selecting specifically for people who have already demonstrated trustworthiness, composure, and follow-through in some part of their life — even if not in a formal EA role. Prior experience with high responsibility (military, ops, hospitality, event production, competitive athletics, family business, etc.) is a strong substitute for years-in-title.
Key Outcomes
First 30 days
- Fully owns the CEO's calendar and inbox triage with zero dropped balls
- Has built a working system for tracking personal + professional commitments in one place
- Has earned enough trust to be looped into sensitive scheduling/personal matters
First 90 days
- Anticipates conflicts and personal/professional overlaps before the CEO has to flag them
- Handles ambiguous, half-formed requests ("can you just handle the thing with the house") without needing them re-explained
- Has become the default point of contact that other execs/clients go through to reach the CEO
Ongoing
- CEO reports feeling meaningfully less mental load around logistics, both at work and at home
- No confidentiality breaches, ever — this is a hard line, not a soft skill
- Proactively surfaces problems and solutions rather than waiting to be asked
Core Competencies
Candidates will be evaluated against these specific competencies in behavioral interviews (past behavior, not hypotheticals):
- Trustworthiness/Integrity — Handles confidential personal and business information without lapses, gossip, or self-interest. Non-negotiable — a single red flag here is disqualifying.
- Communication — Communicates clearly and diplomatically across very different audiences (CEO, executives, vendors, household contacts). Writes crisp, professional messages on the CEO's behalf.
- Anticipation/Resourcefulness — Solves problems before being asked; finds answers independently rather than escalating everything.
- Composure Under Pressure — Stays calm and clear-headed when plans change last-minute or multiple urgent things collide.
- Organization & Follow-Through — Tracks many open loops (personal and professional) simultaneously without things falling through the cracks.
- Judgment/Maturity — Knows what needs the CEO's attention immediately vs. what can wait or be handled independently.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar across business and personal commitments
- Triage and respond to email/messages on CEO's behalf where appropriate
- Coordinate travel (business and personal)
- Handle personal errands, household coordination, and life admin as needed
- Prepare CEO for meetings (briefing docs, materials, logistics)
- Act as gatekeeper — screen requests for CEO's time and attention
- Coordinate with other executives, board members, and external parties as a trusted proxy
- Handle sensitive or confidential matters with absolute discretion
Requirements
- ~1 year of relevant experience (EA, executive support, high-trust operational role, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated track record of handling confidential information responsibly
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfortable in a hybrid, sometimes-unpredictable schedule
- Based in Faridabad or willing to be

- Prior experience supporting a founder/CEO or senior executive
- Experience in a growth-stage/scaling company environment

Pay: ₹14,455.97 - ₹25,000.00 per month
