Your Role – What You’ll Do:
The US IT Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates for IT and Non-IT roles while ensuring the right fit for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client job requirements, skills, and experience needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
