About the Role
Stay On Vacation is looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and result-driven Hospitality Manager – Home Acquisition to identify, source, evaluate, and onboard quality villas, holiday homes, bungalows, resorts, and vacation properties across Lonavala, Alibag, and Nashik.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong networking abilities, and the confidence to build long-term relationships with property owners. The role involves extensive local market networking, property visits, owner meetings, negotiations, and end-to-end property acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source suitable villas, holiday homes, bungalows, resorts, and vacation properties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and local partners.
- Conduct property visits and evaluate properties based on company requirements.
- Meet property owners and discuss potential business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize agreements with property owners.
- Manage the complete home acquisition and property onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential properties and property owners.
- Generate new owner leads through networking, referrals, local market visits, and business development activities.
- Follow up regularly with property owners and potential partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely property onboarding.
- Identify new hospitality and vacation-home opportunities in the local market.
- Achieve monthly home-acquisition and business development targets.
- Maintain regular reports and provide updates on acquisition activities and progress.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in Hospitality, Holiday Homes, Property Acquisition, Real Estate, Business Development, Sales, or related fields will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach.
- Comfortable with field visits and local travel.
- Should be confident in meeting property owners and developing new business relationships.
- Knowledge of the hospitality and vacation-home market in Lonavala, Alibag, or Nashik will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in hospitality and business development may also apply.
