Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare business documents, reports, and project-related documentation.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Analyze data and identify business improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in project planning, task tracking, and requirement management.
- Support testing and validation of project deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of Business Analysis concepts and documentation.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, and ClickUp.
- Ability to create reports, track tasks, and manage project workflows.
