Formal Qualifications
Essential
Diploma B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Strong Knowledge of VMC Programming
Knowledge of Quality tools
Desirable
3-5 years of working experience in VMC machining processes
Certification in VMC Programming (Fanuc, Siemens, Etc.)
Knowledge of IATF 16949, Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
Experience in SAP or ERP Systems
Exposure to Automotive component and machining operations
Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills
Essential
VMC Programming, Setup, and process optimization
Production planning and execution to achieve targets
Cycle time reduction and productivity improvement.
OEE monitoring and manufacturing performance analysis.
Production documentation, route cards, SOP’s and work instruction
ERPSAP system
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
