Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the company's Upwork profile
- Identify relevant projects and submit proposals on Upwork
- Communicate with clients professionally and understand project requirements
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with the internal team for timelines and costing
- Build strong client relationships for repeat business
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into projects
- Stay updated with Upwork trends and best practices
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding / business development
- Proven experience generating leads through Upwork
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong proposal writing and follow-up skills
- Experience handling pricing discussions and project documentation
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
