About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the Mobile and Web Application Development industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and driving revenue growth by offering customized digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable mobile app, web development, and software solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the technical and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2.5 to 5 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Mandatory experience working with a Mobile and Web Application Development company.
- Strong understanding of software development services and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
