Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective learners in selecting suitable educational programs. The candidate will be responsible for understanding student needs, providing course guidance, addressing queries, and supporting the enrollment process to achieve student success and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career paths, and learning opportunities.
· Understand student requirements and recommend appropriate programs.
· Conduct outbound and inbound calls to generate and nurture leads.
· Follow up with interested candidates through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
· Explain course features, curriculum, fees, certifications, and career outcomes.
· Convert qualified leads into enrollments while maintaining a consultative approach.
· Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
· Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
· Coordinate with admissions, operations, and academic teams for seamless onboarding.
· Handle objections and provide timely resolutions to student concerns.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and educational products.
Required Skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
· Good understanding of career guidance and educational programs.
· Experience in lead management and CRM tools.
· Ability to meet enrollment and revenue targets.
· Strong problem-solving and customer-centric mindset.
· Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
· Experience in EdTech, Higher Education, Training Institutes, or Admissions Counselling.
· Familiarity with sales funnels and student lifecycle management.

· Lead-to-enrollment conversion rate.
· Monthly admissions achieved.

· Follow-up and response turnaround time.
· Revenue generated from enrollments.
Pay: ₹10,310.23 - ₹20,000.00 per month
