Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Freshers Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various job openings.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of recruitment experience can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and sourcing.
- Willingness to work in night shift.
- Candidates with US IT recruitment knowledge will be an advantage.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
