We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchase & Accounts Executive to support procurement and basic accounting operations. The role involves preparing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining records, and assisting with routine accounting and administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per business requirements.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier information, and procurement documentation.
- Compare quotations and assist in vendor evaluation and selection.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding material requirements and order status.
Accounts
- Record and maintain purchase invoices and related documents.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents.
- Support bank reconciliation and routine accounting entries.
- Maintain accurate financial and procurement records.
- Assist in preparing reports related to purchases, payments, and outstanding balances.
Experience in the paper, packaging, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
