Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy industrial automation, machine vision, and IoT solutions.
- Program and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and edge IoT gateways using Python, JavaScript, or Node-RED.
- Develop and optimize AI-based and rule-based image processing applications using OpenCV, YOLO, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Integrate industrial cameras, sensors, lighting, Raspberry Pi, and embedded systems with automation solutions.
- Configure and troubleshoot industrial communication protocols such as Modbus (RS-232/RS-485/TCP/IP), MQTT, HTTP, OPC UA, and S7.
- Perform installation, commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, and technical support at customer sites.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver automation and computer vision projects.
- Prepare technical documentation and support continuous product and process improvements.
- Travel across India as required for project execution and customer support.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Industrial Automation, Machine Vision, Computer Vision, or Industrial IoT.
- Hands-on experience with PLC and HMI programming.
- Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of JavaScript or C++.
- Experience with OpenCV and object detection models such as YOLO; exposure to TensorFlow or PyTorch is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial cameras, lenses, lighting, and image acquisition concepts.
- Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, MQTT, HTTP, OPC UA, S7, etc.).
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and willingness to travel for customer projects.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
