We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic COMPANY SECRETARY to help us grow our online presence through meaningful engagement on social media platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engage with students in relevant Facebook Groups and online communities.
- Respond to student posts related to studying abroad, scholarships, visas, universities, IELTS/PTE, MBBS abroad, and career guidance.
- Write helpful, genuine comments that provide value to students.
- Encourage interested students to follow the MystudiesGlobal Facebook Page and join our community when appropriate.
- Participate in discussions to increase brand visibility and trust.
- Respond to comments and messages on our social media platforms.
- Identify trending student questions and share insights with the team.
- Submit a daily report of completed activities.
Daily Targets
- Post 100–150 meaningful comments.
- Initiate conversations with students where appropriate.
- Generate organic inquiries for MystudiesGlobal.
- Help increase followers and community members through authentic engagement.
- Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times.
Requirements
- Good written English.
- Basic knowledge of Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Interest in the education or study abroad industry is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
