Social Media Performance & Research Analyst
Job Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Performance & Research Analyst who can analyze advertising performance, conduct detailed market and competitor research, and provide data-driven insights to improve leads, conversions, sales, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze Meta Ads, Google Ads, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital marketing channels.
- When a new client comes in, conduct a complete analysis of their existing ads, marketing performance, and digital presence.
- Conduct in-depth competitor and market research for the client's niche, including competitors' ads, creatives, offers, positioning, target audience, and marketing strategies.
- Research the client's complete niche/industry to understand market trends, customer behavior, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, Conversion Rate, Revenue, Reach, and Engagement.
- Identify why campaigns or ads are underperforming and where customers are dropping in the marketing funnel.
- Analyze audience, demographics, locations, placements, creatives, copy, hooks, offers, and CTAs.
- Identify gaps between Ad → Landing Page → Product → Checkout → Sale.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with clear observations and actionable recommendations.
- Recommend what should be continued, stopped, tested, or improved.
- Work closely with Performance Marketing, Creative, and Strategy teams to implement recommendations.
- Monitor campaign performance after changes and measure the impact.
Required Skills:
- 0–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Social Media Analytics, or Marketing Research.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to conduct competitor, market, and niche research.
- Ability to convert data and research into actionable business insights.
- Good communication, presentation, and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jhalana Doongri, Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
