Job Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement automation systems for industrial processes.
Program and troubleshoot PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
Perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation equipment.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and project teams for smooth execution.
Diagnose and resolve automation and control system issues.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and system manuals.
Conduct testing, calibration, and validation of automation systems.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.).
Knowledge of SCADA, HMI, VFD, and industrial instrumentation.
Understanding of electrical control panels and automation systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to travel for site installation and commissioning activities, if required.
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering.
2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial automation.
Preferred Candidate:
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Experience in manufacturing, process industries, or project execution is an added advantage.
