CLUSTER PROGRAMME MANAGER (CPM)
Organization: Community Action Through Motivation Programme (CAMP)
Project Location: Sivasagar & Charaideo Districts, Assam
Position: Cluster Programme Manager (CPM)
No. of Posts: 01
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise project activities at the district level.
- Monitor implementation of programme interventions and ensure timely reporting.
- Liaise with government departments, stakeholders, and community representatives.
- Support field teams in planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities.
- Ensure achievement of project targets and compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Prepare periodic reports, documentation, and presentations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Rural Development, Public Health, Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in programme/project management, preferably in the development sector.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned districts.
Remuneration:
Salary as per organizational norms and experience.
