- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting software applications in a live environment.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems to track and prioritize support tasks.
- Capability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
