About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality professional to lead our hotel operations in Rewa. As the Unit Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day hotel operations across all departments.
- Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Drive revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate departmental teams.
- Monitor budgets, costs, and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with corporate teams on sales, finance, HR, and operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Rooms, F&B, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Presentable personality with a guest-centric approach.
- Experience in managing standalone hotels or mid-scale hospitality properties will be preferred.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
