We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with all aspects of WordPress development, including website setup, theme installation and customization, plugin configuration, custom plugin development, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ongoing website maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites
- Install, configure, and customize all types of WordPress themes
- Install, configure, and manage WordPress plugins and integrations
- Develop custom WordPress plugins and functionality based on business requirements
- Customize existing themes and plugins to meet project needs
- Build responsive, user-friendly, and SEO-friendly websites
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and compatibility problems
- Optimize website speed, performance, and security
- Manage website migrations, backups, updates, and maintenance
- Integrate third-party tools, APIs, payment gateways, and external services
Requirements
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer
- Strong expertise in WordPress core architecture
- Advanced knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and MySQL
- Experience with theme installation, customization, and development
- Experience with plugin installation, customization, and development
- Strong knowledge of Elementor and other popular page builders
- Experience with WooCommerce setup, customization, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of website security, performance optimization, and SEO best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills
- Custom theme development experience
- Custom plugin development experience
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Knowledge of server management, hosting environments, and website migrations
- Basic UI/UX and design understanding
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
