We are looking for a Front Desk Executive to join our team.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain the reception calendar.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, parcels, and courier services.
- Keep the reception area organized, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and office operations.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office management tools.

- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
Working Hours:
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
