Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Business Development Executive to join our admissions and sales team. In this role, you will work directly with prospective students to understand their career goals, align them with the appropriate certification programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. The ideal candidate is target-oriented, highly articulate, and passionate about the EdTech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to confirmed enrollment.
- Contact and consistently follow up with inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, and internal CRM messaging systems.
- Counsel prospective students on program curriculum, career outcomes, and enrollment procedures.
- Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets consistently.
- Maintain highly accurate lead and follow-up records within the company CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead-generation activities.
- Assist with webinars, partner outreach, and community engagement initiatives as required.
- Gather and share market feedback to continually refine outreach strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of proven experience in business development, inside sales, or student counseling.
- Prior experience in the EdTech or higher education sector is highly preferred.
- Professional fluency in English and Malayalam (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and track performance metrics.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and professional digital communication platforms.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Familiarity with finance certifications (EA, CMA, or CPA) is a strong advantage.
