Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and purchasing aircraft spare parts and related materials.
Communicate with suppliers and customers through email and phone calls.
Prepare and maintain purchase orders, quotations, and procurement records.
Follow up with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Maintain accurate data entry and documentation in company systems and Excel sheets.
Support day-to-day procurement and administrative activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Aeronautical and Air craft Maintenance or Experience in Aviation Spare parts Mandatory
Good command of spoken and written English.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer/laptop operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Email drafting and internet browsing skills.
