About the Role
M-Cube Community is seeking professional, confident, and motivated individuals to join our team as Training & Onboarding Executives.
In this role, you will be responsible for assisting and guiding participants through onboarding procedures, providing training and support, monitoring progress, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
As the role involves communication with international participants, strong English communication skills are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation for new participants.
- Explain procedures, requirements, and onboarding guidelines.
- Provide step-by-step assistance throughout the onboarding process.
- Monitor participant progress and provide ongoing support.
- Verify submitted information, screenshots, and reports.
- Maintain onboarding records and activity reports.
- Coordinate with management regarding participant performance and updates.
- Ensure professional communication standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Basic computer and internet proficiency.
- Professional attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- 12th Pass, Graduate, or Pursuing Graduation.
- Previous experience in Training, Customer Support, HR, Recruitment, Sales, or Team Management is an advantage.
Training & Evaluation Program
