Export Documentation Executive
Location: Esplanade, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹35,000/month (Based on Experience)
Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage export documentation accurately and on time.
- Handle shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, LC documents, and other export-related paperwork.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and overseas clients.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation requirements.
- Track shipments and maintain proper documentation records.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and international clients.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (Written & Verbal).
- Sound knowledge of export documentation and export procedures.
- Experience in handling international shipping documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
