Role Summary
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be responsible for generating B2B leads, driving sales, and closing high-value LED display projects across industries such as Retail, Hospitality, and Jewelry. The role requires strong communication, client engagement, and the ability to convert opportunities into revenue.
KRA: Task / Activities
- Generate B2B leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling
- Identify potential clients in Retail, Hospitality, and Jewelry sectors
- Pitch LED display solutions and explain technical benefits to clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals
- Close high-value contracts and achieve sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
- Maintain CRM data and track sales pipeline
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
KPI: Performance Metrics
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Conversion rate (lead to closure)
- Revenue generated / monthly sales target achievement
- Client acquisition and retention rate
- Average deal size and closure cycle time
- Customer satisfaction and repeat business
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales / business development
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
- Basic technical understanding of products/services
- Good presentation and client-handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools
Preferred skills
- Experience in LED display / signage / advertising industry
- Experience in space selling or technical sales
