We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration, HR functions, and NABH accreditation compliance for our inpatient rehabilitation and physiotherapy centre. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth patient care delivery, maintain efficient facility operations, manage staff, and drive quality standards.
Key Responsibilities1. Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee daily administrative and patient care operations for both inpatient (IPD) and outpatient (OPD) services.
- Coordinate between clinical teams (physiotherapists, doctors, nurses) and non-clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Manage facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, inventory, and supply chain logistics.
- Optimize operational costs while maintaining high standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
- Handle patient grievances, feedback, and resolution of operational bottlenecks.
2. Human Resources (HR) Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Oversee staff duty rosters, attendance, leave management, and shift coverage for 24/7 inpatient care.
- Conduct performance evaluations, foster employee engagement, and address workplace conflicts.
- Maintain complete employee records, personnel files, and compliance with local labor guidelines.
3. NABH Coordination & Quality Control
- Serve as the primary lead/coordinator for NABH accreditation, reaccreditation, and audit processes.
- Develop, implement, and standard operating procedures (SOPs), clinical protocols, and safety policies aligned with NABH standards.
- Conduct regular internal quality audits, clinical safety checks, and risk assessments.
- Organize regular staff training sessions on infection control, patient safety, fire safety, and quality standards.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: MBA in Healthcare/Hospital Management or Master of Health Administration (MHA).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in hospital operations or rehabilitation facility management.
- Specialized Knowledge: Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating NABH accreditation audits and quality compliance.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of healthcare HR processes and duty rostering for inpatient setups.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in hospital management software and MS Office.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
