India’s healthcare system faces a big challenge. Over 65% live in rural areas, but nearly 75% of doctors are in cities. With a doctor-patient ratio of 1:1,511 (far below WHO’s 1:1,000), over 60% of people lack access to affordable, quality care. At iKure Techsoft, a for-profit social enterprise, we’re addressing this gap with an innovative model that transforms how last-mile healthcare is delivered in India. Our goal is to make universal health coverage a reality. We combine technology, community-centric data, and community engagement to bring affordable, high-quality healthcare to millions in rural and semi-urban India. Our trained Community Health Activists (iCHAs), digital point-of-care tools, and award-winning WHIMS platform support early diagnosis, ongoing treatment, and health education—bringing universal health coverage closer to reality.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about serving the community in terms of health care and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure that no one is left behind.
Qualification: Minimum Class 10 pass and must possess a smartphone.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
