Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries from Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook and Phone Calls.
- Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
- Prepare quotations and travel itineraries.
- Follow up with potential customers until booking confirmation.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport partners and the operations team.
- Maintain customer records and update daily lead status.
- Provide excellent customer support before and after booking.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
