We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Onboarding Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling SaaS or technology products and possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills. This role combines sales and customer success responsibilities. You will be responsible for generating product demos, converting prospects into customers, onboarding new clients, and ensuring they successfully adopt the InLobo.ai platform.
Key Responsibilities :
● Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
● Conduct product demonstrations and explain the features and benefits of inlobo.ai.
● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
● Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
● Convert qualified leads into paying customers.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
● Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
● Guide new customers through the complete onboarding process.
● Assist clients in setting up their accounts and configuring the platform.
● Train customers on product features and best practices.
● Ensure smooth implementation and successful adoption of the platform.
● Address customer queries and coordinate with the technical support team when required.
● Build strong customer relationships to improve satisfaction and retention.
● Collect customer feedback and communicate feature requests to the product team.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
● Minimum 2 years of experience in Tech Product Sales, SaaS Sales, or Software Sales.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
● Strong presentation and product demonstration skills.
● Experience handling CRM software and sales pipelines.
● Ability to understand customer pain points and provide suitable solutions.
● Good negotiation and closing skills.
● Comfortable conducting online meetings using Google Meet or Zoom.
● Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
