- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and experience in building reusable and scalable user interface components.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and modern web technologies to enhance front-end development.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs to connect front-end components with backend services.
