Role Overview
Arlak Biotech is seeking an experienced and dynamic Export International Manager to drive global business expansion and manage international sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing overseas markets, building strategic partnerships, managing export processes, and achieving international business growth targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesInternational Business Development
- Identify and develop new export markets across Asia, Africa, Latin America, CIS, Middle East, and other target regions.
- Generate international business opportunities through distributors, importers, agents, and healthcare partners.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and key stakeholders.
- Expand Arlak Biotech's global presence and market share in assigned territories.
Export Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve international sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop market-specific sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, distribution agreements, and commercial terms with international partners.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to achieve growth targets.
Market Research & Expansion
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscapes.
- Evaluate potential countries and partners for business expansion.
- Track global pharmaceutical trends and recommend strategic initiatives for international growth.
Regulatory & Documentation Management
- Coordinate with regulatory, production, and logistics teams for export requirements.
- Ensure compliance with country-specific pharmaceutical regulations and documentation.
- Manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, certificates, registrations, and shipping documents.
- Work closely with international clients to facilitate product registrations and approvals.
Distributor & Partner Management
- Appoint, train, and support international distributors and channel partners.
- Monitor distributor performance and business development activities.
- Build long-term partnerships to ensure sustainable market growth.
Trade Shows & International Representation
- Represent Arlak Biotech at international exhibitions, trade fairs, B2B meetings, and business conferences.
- Conduct business presentations and product portfolio discussions with prospective clients.
- Develop global networking opportunities to strengthen the company's international footprint.
Reporting & Business Planning
- Prepare sales forecasts, export reports, market intelligence reports, and business plans.
- Provide regular updates on market developments, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with senior management to define international growth strategies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, International Trade, or related field.
- 3–10 years of experience in International Business Development, Pharma Exports, or Global Sales.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical export procedures and international trade regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally for business development and market expansion activities.
