Application Development & Sales Engineer – PU Foam Additives
Location
Delhi NCR / Travel Required
Experience
Must have 3–8 years experience in PU additive sales
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical sales and business development for PU foam additives
- Develop strong relationships with PU foam manufacturers and converters
- Lead customer trials, troubleshooting, and application development activities
- Understand customer processing challenges and recommend suitable additive solutions
- Convert trials into commercial business and grow customer accounts
- Coordinate with internal R&D and operations teams for execution and scale-up
- Support product demonstrations, technical discussions, and industrial visits
Preferred Background
- Background in Chemical Engineering, Polymers, Polyurethane Technology, or related fields
- Prior experience in PU foam chemicals, additives, catalysts, surfactants, or specialty chemicals
- Must demonstrate strong sales capabilities and commercial understanding in the PU industry
- Strong network within PU foam manufacturers is highly preferred
- Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable in a fast-growing startup environment
