Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Education Advisor to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in student counseling, overseas education consulting, or MBBS study abroad admissions. The role involves guiding students and parents, counseling them on international medical education opportunities, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding MBBS study abroad opportunities
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, university options, and visa processes
- Handle inquiries through phone calls, walk-ins, social media, and online platforms
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with prospective students
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate student records and counseling reports
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams for smooth admission processing
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and promotional events
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Study Abroad Consulting, Education Counseling, or Student Recruitment
- Experience in MBBS Abroad counseling will be highly preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Strong sales and counseling abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
