Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Demonstrate Škoda vehicles, explain features, specifications, and benefits.
- Conduct test drives and provide a premium customer experience.
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, telecalling, and field activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and dealership KPIs.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate within dealership guidelines.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers until closure.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation for every sale.
- Maintain CRM records and submit daily sales activity reports.
