- Ensure safe and timely delivery of products such as CCTV systems, UPS, inverters, batteries, and solar components to customer locations
- Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet schedules and reduce delays
- Handle loading and unloading of materials with proper care to avoid damage
- Verify delivery items with invoices and ensure accurate dispatch
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and service teams for smooth operations
- Maintain proper delivery records, invoices, and acknowledgments
- Assist in basic installation support if required (site-level coordination)
- Follow all safety guidelines while handling electrical/electronic equipment
- Maintain the company vehicle in good condition (if assigned)
- Provide professional and courteous interaction with customers during delivery
