The selected interns will be expected to contribute to the following functional areas:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source, screen, and coordinate prospective candidates.
- Schedule interviews and facilitate candidate engagement processes.
- Maintain and update employee and candidate databases.
- Assist in onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance activities.
- Support HR operations, workforce administration, and employee lifecycle management.
- Coordinate employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and professional correspondence.
- Deliver assigned recruitment and HR performance targets in alignment with organizational objectives.

This position operates under a target-based performance compensation framework. Compensation is variable in nature and directly linked to individual productivity, target achievement, and overall contribution to business objectives.

- This role does not carry a fixed monthly salary structure. Earnings are performance-driven and will be determined based on measurable outcomes and target accomplishment.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,260.08 per month
