- Maintain and update ISO documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, manuals, and records.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality policies.
- Plan and coordinate internal and external audits.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and verify their implementation.
- Coordinate certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
- Ensure proper document and record control.
- Conduct employee training on ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, and quality procedures.
- Monitor compliance across departments and report non-conformities.
- Assist in Management Review Meetings (MRM).
- Support risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
- Maintain audit reports and compliance records.
- Promote quality awareness throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- ISO Lead/Internal Auditor certification is preferred.
Experience
- 5 years of experience in ISO coordination or quality management systems.
- Experience in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry is preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, and FSSC 22000.
- Strong documentation and audit coordination skills.
- Good communication and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
