Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager (Civil) to lead and manage end-to-end execution of construction and infrastructure projects in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, hands-on project management experience, and a proven ability to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects from initiation to completion.

Prepare project schedules, budgets, work plans, and progress reports.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and design standards.

Manage resources, materials, and manpower to ensure timely project delivery.

Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and maintain strict adherence to project timelines.

Monitor contractor performance, manage billing and documentation, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Conduct review meetings with stakeholders and report progress to senior management.

Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards at project sites.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Minimum 12–15 years of experience in civil engineering projects, with at least 5 years as Project Manager.

Strong understanding of construction methods, design interpretation, and quality control.

Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.

Knowledge of tendering, estimation, and contract management.

Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth project coordination.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on timely delivery.
Educational Qualification:

B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
