Job Summary
Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a passionate and target-driven Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing the right career-oriented programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to convert enquiries into admissions while delivering an exceptional student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Handle enquiries received through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions by understanding students' learning and career goals.
- Achieve monthly admission targets and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, and student interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with academic, operations, and finance teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing timely support and guidance.
- Participate in educational seminars, career guidance sessions, and promotional activities as required.
- Prepare daily and weekly counselling reports and update management on admission progress.
- Stay updated on all courses, certifications, and industry trends to provide accurate information to prospective students.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, negotiation, and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
