Claims Associate – Health Claims CRM
Position Description
Be the voice and bridge of Digit’s health claims team—delivering exceptional service and communication to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. You’ll manage end-to-end claim servicing and play a key role in relationship building and process awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls/emails, resolving queries related to health claims swiftly and empathetically.
- Provide end-to-end service to clients, ensuring all touchpoints—Sales, HR, Brokers, Agents—are engaged and informed.
- Act as the central coordinator for query resolution by working closely with internal teams (processing, tech, product, etc.).
- Conduct interactive sessions with employees/HR to explain coverage, processes, and share claim insights or performance reports.
- Promote digital usage of platforms—educate clients about claims portals, mobile apps, WhatsApp, and other self-serve tools.
- Represent Digit in in-person client meetings, addressing concerns, sharing updates, or rolling out claim process training.
Experience & Skills Required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of client servicing or CRM experience, preferably in health insurance or wellness industry.
o Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o Comfortable with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and dashboards.
o Strong communication and active listening skills
o Assertiveness while handling escalations
o Proactive mindset in anticipating client needs and solving issues
Education & Qualification
- Qualification: Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline
- Preferred Background: Healthcare, Insurance, Customer Success, or Corporate Servicing
